The role

You'd lead TangentByte as CEO alongside our CTO: setting direction, deciding which products to bet on, and turning a growing family of tools into a sustainable business.

  • Own strategy, go-to-market, partnerships and fundraising.
  • Shape pricing across free packages, one-time licenses and freemium plans.
  • Be the voice of TangentByte to users, partners and the open-source community.

What we're looking for

  • You've built, launched, sold or grown a product before.
  • You care about software that respects its users, and about open source.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and like moving fast with a small team.
